Tros an Treys is a Cornish dance group that was formed in spring 2008 and is based in Penzance. The name means ‘clamour of feet’, and we wear the colours of the Cornish Chough (red, black and silver). Our dancers are from all age ranges, and our band loves to play Cornish music, old and new! We specialise in Cornish scoot dancing, but enjoy all forms of Cornish dance, and are continually adding to our repertoire dances that we have choreographed ourselves using traditional steps and music. We offer displays, workshops, processions, festivals and choreography.
