I paint in watercolour and with mixed media. I favour genres of musical theatre, new age, love, spiritual and Contemporary Christian Music

I enjoy writing and have recently written a novel for which I hope to find a publisher this year. I have also increasingly written articles for publication on the Internet on several aspects of cognitive thinking and psychology simplified. I am a passionate believer in the ability we have to resolve many of our perceived behavioural problems by using these simple cognitive techniques. I intend publishing eBooks too. I have lectured on this to schools, to undergraduates and post-graduates. I have also mentored people in various roles in industry and commerce, both person to person or on-line.
