A heady combination of Celtic culture including music, jams, dance, pageantry, living history, falconry, athletics, storytelling and shopping awaits visitors at the 14th Anniversary KVMR Celtic Festival and Marketplace in Grass Valley on Saturday and Sunday, October 2 & 3. The outdoor event takes place at the Nevada County Fairgrounds, a bucolic setting that features more than 3,000 trees on 100 acres. There are nine stages and performance areas. Our mainstage is hosts many of the best Celtic musicians on the world stage. This year’s headliners include The Elders, Alasdair Fraser & Natalie Haas, Leahy, Niamh Parsons and Graham Dunne, Finnegan & Coulter, Vishten.

Shopping and dining opportunities abound with over 70 vendors and a complete Irish Pub. Hundreds of regional performers, singers, bagpipers, actors, jugglers and storytellers roam the fa
